Whelp, that went from 'huh, might be fun for an hour or so' to binging the whole thing XD ok, only done the Chronos routes for now, but still... My compliments on the writing (feels like actual dialogues, good flow and realistic people and situations, even with the whole super hero thing). Or well, the whole package is good. I love the little comic-style art and pop-ups, VA was good (I think there was only twice some mic reactions, which I think is pretty good for such a small project) and music/sound was well done too. Did I forget anything? Oh well, I'll be keeping an eye out for other projects :)
Hello! Initially, the first part of the game was released for Yandere Game Jam in March, which took 1 month to make. After that, we took around 4-5 months to make the new version we recently uploaded with new content (part 2)!
im happy to see this game get released, especially with all thats going on ! i haven't finished yet, but i am enjoying it thus far, and ended up liking wes so much i had started over just to do his route first haha. my only complaint would be that the game is a bit girl coded, which, as a gay man it can be slightly awkward for me. however, i understand it is a small team and it would take a lot of resources, so it is only a small complaint. the writing and art is great, thank you for releasing it, and at such a low price too

i am not sure how to word this, so forgive me for any odd structures. it seems as if the main character was written as a woman first, but added pronouns later. not necessarily bad thing either ! i think best to explain it is that the writing choices for the main character seems to feminine actions, and others seem to react to them as feminine too, such as being called beautiful.
perhaps an option next to pronouns for feminine or masculine (or neutral ?) since i know there are men who are feminine and women who are masculine. i hope that makes sense !

We totally understand though how cultural/societal expectations and norms can make those feel more feminine-coded to some players. 🙏

As much as we’d love to make everything free, our team put a lot of time and effort into creating this project, and we’ve already made the majority of the game free to play (71k out of 100k words for Nik’s route + endings). We understand not everyone is able to purchase the DLC, which is why we’ve run giveaways and also allow creators to share full playthroughs so everyone can still experience the content.

Hello, i'm trying to get on wes' route and trying to follow the walkthrough guide but got confused since the choices sometimes does not align. I did try like having another run (redo the whole story) but still didn't get the same choices. Can someone help? I wanna romance wes 🙏
hello!! which choices are not aligning/appearing? :o it might be helpful to see what your choices were as well for the playthrough to see if it affected the future choices etc.!
I also do want to note that Wes' route is only included in the paid DLC edition so that could also be preventing you from seeing some choices in case that is the issue you're running into if you're currently playing on the free version 🙏
Hello, Love the game especially Nik and The mcs dynamic and romance and idk if this is a bug or not but I think there were a few scenes like this where my pronouns are She/Her and the dialogue is different
Yeah I've noticed this with a few other dialogues as well. There's one in which we're talking with Whitney and Oracles Mom and they're talking about using Oracles' and Chronos' relationship against him. I believe how it went was: they, referring to Oracle, can use it against him but for me the pronouns I chose was She/Her as well.
Not a bug. To save on voice lines, and to protect Oracle’s identity in this instance “they” is used. I tend to refer to my male and female friends as “they” occasionally. It’s not an erasure of gender selection choices. Just a way to include everyone and save on resources.
i dont even have words for how much i fucking love this game UGHHH the dlc is so wonderful! the va's voice is absolutely scrumptious and suits nik perfectly. so fucking delish ive been bugging my friends about it nonstop
so so sosoososos sosoososssssSOOO very spectacular showstopper epic, i cried and laughed and squealed and screamed. very fulfilling worth-it experience guarantee especially for just the base game.
hehwhhe my fav end would be the second ending and that chapter 26 just was, a SWEEP of whirwind emotions untangled through cozy bundle of hurt-comfort blanket also!!!spoiler-ishwe got to adopt a cute buddy sopping cat named Kobe, a date in the rain fluff
and i liked end 1 in its own ‘fuck everything’ MEGA spoilerswe eloping, a dark force duo through all is fair in love and war against the world’ kind of way.
but end 2 let you unlock the true core of Nik, healing and prevailing unconditional love, with that end title the opposite of the game’s title like curtain down to a peaceful closure everyone’s happy yay.
local economy isn’t that stable yet and yknow as Wesley is my type too, im happy enough as is with Nik while waiting to hopefully purchase once i could!

Woow, had to edit the comment after playing through the whole game and its dlc, because it was amazing experiance. Played through all of the endings and funnily enough ended up first getting bad endings for both Nik and Wes before I managing to get good ones but would gladly do it all again because the game just left me to tears in the good way.
