December 31st

Hey guys, it’s Joy! It's New Year's Eve and more importantly it's LORD OF LIES RELEASE DAY AGHHH IT'S OUT YOU CAN LITERALLY PLAY IT RIGHT NOW (and rate/comment lol).

It's been an incredible journey full of twists and turns, victories and some failures- but overall I reached my happily ever after the game is out in full on time. 

For the last devlog I wanted to do something special so I recorded a free form/podcast style postmortem detailing my journey and giving my thoughts on what I learned, etc... It's 1 hour+....whoops lol. So I don't blame you if you don't have the time or willingness to listen lmfao.

Regardless, thank you for sticking by me through this journey, I can't believe it's over (I'm free YIPPEE)!  I am so happy with what I'm left with and the story I was able to tell in the time I had, while working full time. I never expected it to be perfect, but I genuinely think it's the best it could be under these circumstances.

2023 was an amazing year for me personally, I lost a lot of weight, met incredible friends, and made 4 completed games! I know it may sound crazy, but I have even bigger plans for 2024! 2023 was the year of Meant to Bee, it was my training arc to become the best creator I can be and I'm forever thankful...I'm never doing this ever again lolol, and that's a good thing.

In the meantime, I'll be a taking a nice long January length break and refreshing myself for Otome Jam 2024!
