August complete! An equally slow, but also super fast month? It was both, and hella chaotic between celebrity deaths, an eclipse, and the amount of work I had to do and finish. WOOF, we made it lol.

One Bed at the Inn

Hiya friends, maybe I haven't mentioned this little game of ours, but we are so lucky to work alongside fellow dev and bestie, Lemonink, as our artist for this project! You're a part of a DND party and seek refuge in an Inn, having to share beds due to limited funds... oh noooo, how terrible LOL. 

Meet Zephyr Nim, your roguish party member and love interest!

The game will be released sometime in September once we get a couple of assets squared away, so keep an eye out!

Olympians

For paying Patrons you've been able to play Olympians: Stevie which will be released on Itch sometime in early September, so look forward to that!

Criminally Yours Ring, Ring DLC

Criminally Yours Part 3/Criminally Yours Forever is still being worked on, I'd say I am about a third of the way through with Nik and Wes' routes, and have yet to start writing the poly route. Art is being made, voice lines are being recorded, and a good portion has already been programmed. So we are well on track to have a complete game done by the end of 2026. 

In the meantime, inspired by Olympians, I wanted to make an adorable OVA style DLC for Criminally Yours where you speak to Nik and Wes over the phone. Something I call the "Ring, Ring DLC". It's fully programmed in, minus art and Wes voice lines. It's very exciting, and like "Olympians: Stevie" we'd love to release in September. Patrons will of course have access to it first.

Steam releases

"The Prince's Keeper," hit positive on Steam this past month, thank you for anyone who has left a review, if you haven't I really encourage you do, as it helps the game reach more people. More than that, it's also just a wonderful game! If you've already played before August 7th, we've updated the game with new GUI, backgrounds, and new fully voiced scenes. 

Starfallen: Strength is still being approved for Steam, but the page is LIVE and you can wishlist it to see exactly when it releases! 

Rectifier

I've written more Rectifier than I was expecting to. Having written the beginning scenes of Percy, Greer, and Glyph's routes already. (I got excited, and it's already been such a blast). The GUI is finished for Rectifier! And so so gorgeous, you can see the entirety of it on Patreon. Very cool stuff, and the character sprites are still in the work, we are currently working on Lior! We intend to have all sprites done hopefully by November 1st. 

Smaller Projects

Last month I spoke about helping friends with other projects, namely working with two other devs on their games: helping one cut lines for their game 'Webconfessional' (which has been updated! Please play and enjoy!) And another for my friend Lunamakiao (Olivia) for "Stray Hearts Online," An animal/human chatsim dating sim! I'd consider following her to keep track of that project, as I can't share anything with you just yet, but we expect to release sometime in 2026. I wrote one route, and I am so in love with this character, this project, and this team, so I hope you'll consider checking it out!

Until Next Month

Next month is a lot of writing for me, as well as getting back to streaming since I finally upgraded my internet! I am very excited to stream the new Fire Emblem game "Fortune's Weave" write as much Criminally Yours Forever as I can, and Rectifier, apparently LOL. 

I fully intend to keep y'all as updated as possible as time goes on, especially if you follow my "Dev Diaries" series on Patreon!
